During this step, you’ll have the opportunity to provide any custom information, such as names and dates, to make the sign even more special.
  3. We Install and Pickup the Signs: After your order is confirmed, we’ll take care of the rest. Our team will handle the installation of the signs at the location and date you specified. When the celebration is over, we’ll return to pick up the signs, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. This way, you can enjoy the festivities without worrying about the logistics.

Q: Do I need to have a lawn for the stork sign installation?

A: We want to ensure that our signs are properly installed and safely displayed, so we do require a traditional residential lawn. This means having an open space of grass with unobstructed soil. Unfortunately, we cannot install signs in areas covered with rocks, pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, raised beds, garden pots, or thick landscaping. Additionally, we are unable to place signs in areas where public utility boxes, water mains, or other city, county, or state-owned structures are present. We don’t want to risk impeding access to these areas or potentially facing fines or sign damage. Our team will drive a stake 10 inches into the ground to ensure the sign is installed properly and safely. If you have any questions about installation or location requirements, feel free to reach out to us!

We offer stands for our yard signs, perfect for indoor events or porches when you don’t have a yard. Just let us know in advance when you order the sign from us.

Q: When should I reserve a stork?

A: Congratulations on your upcoming birth announcement! To secure your preferred delivery date, we recommend reserving our stork signs in advance if you have a scheduled delivery. However, if it’s a surprise arrival, don’t worry! Just give us a call as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll do our best to get the stork sign-up before the new family comes home from the hospital.

We will provide you with a sign within 48 hours of your call. Our daily delivery service begins at 8:30 in the morning, with 4-10 deliveries spread throughout our service area. While we aim to install signs before the new parents and baby arrive home, we can’t guarantee it.

For next-day delivery of newborn sign rentals, please place your order by 4:00 p.m. the day before. If the delivery address is in The Woodlands or Spring and you want the stork in the yard before the new parents and baby return home, we need all necessary information and payment by 4:00 p.m. the afternoon before their discharge.

We always appreciate early notice, but please note that we can’t guarantee sign installation before the new parents and baby return home at any location, although we make every effort to do so.

You can choose from our generic bundles starting at $60. You can select from our pink or blue stork signs, each featuring a generic bundle bearing the message “It’s a grandson” or “It’s a granddaughter.” Please note that these generic bundles are not available for keepsakes. The storks can be rented for 7 days and will be installed in your yard, sharing the exciting news with your community. Q: Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

A: We strive to provide the best service possible and to avoid order cancellation, we kindly request that payment be made 24 hours before the stork delivery date. We’ll reach out to you via phone, text, or email to remind you of the pending payment and ensure everything is in order for your special occasion. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Your satisfaction is important to us, and we always aim to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability. If any issues arise with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund. However, please note that we require a 24-hour notice for any last-minute requests that weren’t previously discussed at the time of booking. You’re eligible for a full refund if you cancel your stork or birthday sign rental at least 24 hours before the delivery date or if extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund in situations such as not being able to access a gated community due to a lack of gate code or an incorrect code, refusal of entry by a security guard at a gated community, early removal of the sign by the homeowner or recipient, or if a threatening animal prevents us from accessing the property.
